Support IPJC
We must build dikes of
COURAGE to hold
back the flood of fear.
—Martin Luther King, Jr.
Dear Friends,
Yes our world is at war, our economic system is faltering, polarization is plaguing church and religion and we are all seeking freedom from the fears that flood our world. It takes courage to speak out and work for justice and peace; it takes courage to send you our annual report every year and ask you to make a contribution to support and sustain the ministry of the Intercommunity Peace and Justice Center (IPJC). Yet, we hear God say, “Fear not, I will be with you.” We know that you will be generous in your support when we share how we have collaborated to build dikes of courage:
Delta became the first major airline to sign The Code to protect children from sexual exploitation
Over 300 Christians, Jews and Muslims convened for education, dialogue and prayer
¡Latinas Conectadas para el Cambio! our first Spanish language conference
Young adults engaged in global issues from California to Kenya
As you consider how you will use your resources, we en-courage you to invest in a partnership of building peace
and justice with IPJC. Together we will have the courage to
be peacemakers in the midst of war, community builders for
the common good, and bearers of hope for those on the margins of our world.
We invite you to build dikes of courage as you:
Pray for our mission
Make a donation or a regular pledge
Participate in our programs and use our resources
We appreciate whatever financial contribution you give for the mission of peace and justice.
Whether you are a faithful supporter or a first time donor, we thank God for your courage to give.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to you, our IPJC community and collaborators in mission.
