American Anti-Slavery Group
The American Anti-Slavery Group is dedicated to the abolition of modern day slavery. In working to abolish modern-day slavery and provide support and empowerment to survivors, the AASG's programs promote awareness, engage in advocacy and activism, and providing direct aid for victims.

Anti-Slavery International
The world's oldest international human rights organization specifically focused on ending systems of slavery. Link to Trafficking News, a monthly update on trafficking issues around the world.

The Asha Forum
A Christian organization helping to develop and facilitate outcome driven collaborations that assist sexually exploited children.

Break the Traffic
Break the Traffic is an opportunity for people to voice their opposition to human trafficking. This online petition is a creative way to express solidarity with those who have been trafficked and to signal globally that human trafficking should not be accepted today.

Campus Coalition Against Trafficking
The Campus Coalition Against Trafficking, a project of FAIR Fund and Polaris Project, is a grassroots outreach initiative for the purpose of engaging college campus and other student youth in anti-trafficking efforts in their communities and abroad. CCAT is open to both individual students and student groups who are interested in combating human trafficking.

Catholic Relief Services
As the official international relief and development agency of the U.S. Catholic community, CRS is also committed to educating the people of the United States to fulfill their moral responsibilities toward our global brothers and sisters by helping the poor, working to remove the causes of poverty, and promoting social justice. This webpage on human trafficking includes education, Catholic Social Teaching and resources and actions.

Coalition Against Trafficking in Women
A coalition focused on the promotion of human rights while working internationally to combat sexual exploitation in all forms. Extensive resource library with links to publications and other advocacy organizations.

The Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking
A coalition working to persons affected by human trafficking and forced labor.

The Emancipation Network (TEN)
Apathway of empowerment and hope in the fight to end human trafficking. They offer a way to become involved in fighting trafficking, helping survivors, and educating others about this human rights crisis. TEN combines public outreach and education programs about human trafficking with income generating programs for survivors and high risk girls. TEN imports and sells beautiful handicraft products made by survivors of human trafficking, and persons at high risk of being trafficked. These products can be purchased from their website.

End Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT—USA)
A network of organizations and individuals working together for the elimination of child prostitution, child pornography and trafficking of children for sexual purposes. It seeks to encourage the world community to ensure that children everywhere enjoy their fundamental rights free from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation.

EPCAT International
A network of organizations and individuals working together to eliminate the commercial sexual exploitation of children. Resource database with links to publications, news and other organizations.

Free the Slaves
A non-profit organization working to end slavery worldwide. Download a free curriculum focused on teaching children about slavery.

Freedom Network to Empower Trafficked and Enslaved Persons
U.S. based advocacy organization advocating for trafficking victims' rights.

The Future Group
A Canadian-based non-governmental organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and the child sex trade.

Hagar Project
To break the cycle of poverty, HAGAR intervenes in the lives of vulnerable mothers and children by offering prevention, rehabilitation, and reintegration programs. Their services and programs are located in Cambodia, Singapore and Australia.

Human Rights Watch
An international nongovernmental organization working to uphold human rights around the world. Many excellent publications focused on women's and children's rights.

Human Trafficking Search
Sponsored by the National MultiCultural Institute it has maps, video clips and topic/location based searches related to human trafficking.

The Initiative Against Sexual Trafficking
A partnership, led by the Salvation Army, working to abolish the sexual trafficking of women and children. Useful fact sheet on sex trafficking.

International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children
A global agency, founded in 1998, the Centre promotes the safety and well-being of children through activism, policy development and multinational coordination. The ICMEC programs and initiatives are uniting the world and providing international solutions to the problems of child abduction and exploitation.

International Justice Mission
A human rights agency which rescues victims of violence, sexual exploitation, slavery, and oppression. Based in Washington DC, they provide legal and human services in the areas of: victim relief, perpetrator accountability, structural prevention, victim aftercare.

The International Rescue Committee
A global relief and development organization with an anti-trafficking imitative. Provides workshops on human trafficking, contact your local office for more information.

Interpol
The International Criminal Police Organization working to create mutual assistance among police to prevent and work against human trafficking.

National Multicultural Institute
NMCI seeks to enhance communication and respect among people of diverse cultural backgrounds. It provides over 15,000 web entries of informational resources on issues related to human trafficking, and modern day slavery from around the world.

Not For Sale
A campaign of individuals, musicians, artists, people of faith, schools, businesses and sports teams united to stop it. They provide a free online magazine that connects people that are doing something to human trafficking and slavery.

Polaris Project
Polaris Project is a leading international organization combating human trafficking and modern-day slavery. Based in the U.S. and Japan, they bring together community members, survivors, and professionals to fight trafficking and slavery in the spirit of a modern-day underground railroad. Polaris Project uses a comprehensive strategy: empowering individual survivors of trafficking while also creating long-term social change.

Shared Hope International
A U.S.-based non-profit supporting locally-led efforts around the world to assist victims of sex trafficking. A very thorough website including a history of trafficking, personal stories and f.a.q.s.

UNANIMA International
A coalition of religious communities advocating for human rights at the U.N. Updates on UN events and downloadable information on human trafficking. Downloadable chart for participating in the "Stop the Demand" campaign.

Vital Voices
An international organization focused on raising awareness of women's human rights, including trafficking. Anti-trafficking advocacy toolkit can be downloaded from website.

A specialized branch of the UN focused on promoting internationally recognized human and labor rights.

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration of Children and Families
Links to anti-trafficking campaign information, fact sheets and government press releases.

U.S. Department of State, Office to Monitor Trafficking in Persons
At this site you can read the Department of State's "Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2006: Trafficking in Persons Report." This report is intended to raise global awareness, to highlight the growing efforts of the international community to combat human trafficking and to encourage foreign governments to take effective actions to counter all forms of trafficking in persons.
