Iraqi Women’s Voices: Hearing Our Stories
Each of these Iraqi women has an untold story, an embodied memory of her life, family, community, and country which she loves. Each shares a perspective on how life was before and how it is today in Iraq. Within their personal loss and country’s destruction is the seed of hope for all of us to create a new story together.

Naba Hamid, formerly a Biology Professor at the University of Baghdad, now lives in Canada.
Diana Momeka, OP is a Dominican Sister of the Congregation of St. Catherine of Siena, Mosul Iraq currently ministering in Adrian, Michigan.
Moderator Anne Fitzgerald is a professional facilitator and organizational consultant.
